Ingredients
- Salmon: Easily substitute with any cod, your favorite white fish, shrimp, or even chicken. For a plant-based option, try tofu or tempeh.
- Coconut Milk: If unavailable, use heavy cream or half-and-half for a creamy texture.
- Miller’s Sweet and Spicy Banana Pepper Hot Sauce: Substitute with Miller’s Mild Banana Pepper Sauce for less heat.
- Soy Sauce: Use tamari or coconut aminos for a gluten-free option.
- Cilantro: If you’re not a fan of cilantro, use parsley or Thai basil.

- Steamed Vegetables: Steamed snow peas are a great compliment to this dish. Easily substitute with spinach, bok choy, asparagus, zucchini or Brussels sprouts.
