Description
For a super light and refreshing meal, make this Snow Crab Salad. The sweetness from the crab combined with the perfect dressing will make your taste buds so very happy!
Ingredients

- 2 1/2 pounds snow crab
- 1 pound king crab
- kosher salt
- 3/4 Cup mayo
- 1 stalk celery, thinly sliced plus a few leaves
- 1/4 red onion, diced
- juice of one lemon
- zest of one lemon
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
- 1 Tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
FOR THE OLD BAY SEASONING HOT SAUCE CAVIAR (Optional)
- 1/3 Cup Old Bay Seasoning Hot Sauce
- 1 gram agar agar
Instructions
- Boil the crab legs in salted water for about five minutes. Remove and allow to cool.
- Remove the crab meat from the shells. Cut into pieces. Reserve.
- In a separate bowl, combine the mayo, lemon juice, lemon zest, kosher salt, black pepper, Old Bay seasoning, celery and red onion. Mix well.
- Fold the crab into the dressing, very gently.

- Garnish with the caviar and fresh parsley.
- Serve with crackers, in a roll, or with toast points.
