- 1 1/4 – 1 1/2 pounds salmon (skin-off)
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
For the Bang Bang Sauce:
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 2–3 tablespoons Sriracha
- 3 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 1 1/2 teaspoons soy sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer or oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the mayo, Sriracha, sweet chili sauce, and soy sauce. Set aside.
- Pat the salmon dry and cut it into 1″ cubes.
- Place the salmon cubes into a bowl, then sprinkle with a few spoonfuls of the spice mixture. Add 2-3 tablespoons of the Bang Bang sauce and gently mix to coat.
- Spray the air fryer basket with non-stick spray and lay the salmon bites in a single layer. (You may need to air fry in batches if necessary.)
- Set the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and cook for about 6-8 minutes, depending on the thickness of the salmon bites.
- Alternatively, bake on a non-stick cookie sheet at 400°F (200°C) for about 10-12 minutes, depending on the thickness of the salmon.
- Serve the Bang Bang Salmon Bites drizzled with more Bang Bang sauce. Pair with steamed rice, a crisp salad, or steamed vegetables for a complete meal.
