Looking for a quick and flavorful seafood dinner that’s easy to make? These Bang Bang Salmon Bites are the perfect solution!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/41 1/2 pounds salmon (skin-off)
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

For the Bang Bang Sauce:

  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 23 tablespoons Sriracha
  • 3 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer or oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the mayo, Sriracha, sweet chili sauce, and soy sauce. Set aside.
  4. Pat the salmon dry and cut it into 1″ cubes.
  5. Place the salmon cubes into a bowl, then sprinkle with a few spoonfuls of the spice mixture. Add 2-3 tablespoons of the Bang Bang sauce and gently mix to coat.
  6. Spray the air fryer basket with non-stick spray and lay the salmon bites in a single layer. (You may need to air fry in batches if necessary.)
  7. Set the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and cook for about 6-8 minutes, depending on the thickness of the salmon bites.
  8. Alternatively, bake on a non-stick cookie sheet at 400°F (200°C) for about 10-12 minutes, depending on the thickness of the salmon.
  9. Serve the Bang Bang Salmon Bites drizzled with more Bang Bang sauce. Pair with steamed rice, a crisp salad, or steamed vegetables for a complete meal.
  10. ENJOY!
